With two isolation rooms and a 20 x 28 main room we can handle a variety of projects in a friendly, family environment that makes you feel at home. How it all works, the equipment....

We get a lot of "first timers" in the studio that are not sure what to expect. We first get it all recorded using a Mackie d8b 24 channel digital console and a Fostex D2424 hard disk recorder. The d8b is a great console because it features motorized faders, compressors and equalizers on all channels. It also has on-board effects processors from Mackie as well as TCE. If you are looking to create a great sounding demo or a disk that's ready for the mastering process, this setup makes it quick and easy. We also use the Fruman HDR/HRM16 headphone system. This system has four separate control units each with eight mono and two stereo feeds. You set the monitor how you want it. It's like having your own personal mixer right at your fingertips.

How it all works, the recording....

Recording can be done many different ways. There are two isolation rooms. One room is 8' x 9' and the other is 8' x 12' and both have acoustic insulation on part of the walls. The 8' x 12' is perfect for drums. The main room is a 20 x 28 and has great acoustics.
